New add-ons to LiNC80 SBC1

We have today submitted for approval on our Tindie Store two new products:

The ROM Cartridge kit has been long awaited. It was added to our pages, and advertised way back in May, but issues with getting a reliable supply chain for the 805-series edge connector and ZIF sockets, made us focus on getting the LiNC80 SBC1 handled proper before launching that add-on in the store.

The Digital I/O card is a simple demonstrator/trainer card, allowing a Z50Bus based system to control 8 output bits, and read 8 input bits, using a single I/O address. With it’s fully decoded I/O address, any single address in the 0x00 to 0xff range can be theoretically be used (look out for collisions with on-board devices).

The official product page for Z50Bus is up!

The process of gearing up to making our series of home-brew microcomputer products available is gaining traction. The first stage of the process, is getting documentation and product descriptions online, and today a small milestone has been reached: the description of the Z50Bus expansion interface has been moved to it’s new home.

Read the documentation, and see what accessories will be available today!
